These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MeSquared, a product of M2 AI, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, completing the founder quiz, or purchasing a Founder Client spot, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview of MeSquared

MeSquared is an AI-powered platform designed to help businesses manage leads, follow up with prospects, and improve conversion outcomes.

At the time of your purchase:

• MeSquared is still under development

• The product is not yet fully released or available for immediate use

We may update, modify, or remove features at any time prior to launch.

2. Founder Client Program

By becoming a Founder Client, you are securing early access to MeSquared and participating in the development of the product.

As a Founder Client, you will receive:

• Early access to MeSquared upon release

• The ability to provide feedback that may influence product development

• A lifetime 20% discount on MeSquared subscription pricing (subject to Section 3)

You acknowledge and agree:

• MeSquared is not yet complete

• There is no guaranteed launch date

• Features, functionality, and scope may change prior to release

• You are not purchasing a finished product, but early access and participation in development

3. Pricing and Future Subscription

• The Founder Client payment is a one-time fee (e.g., $25)

• This payment is not a subscription and does not grant ongoing access before launch

Once MeSquared is released:

• Continued use of the platform will require a paid subscription

• Founder Clients will receive 20% off standard pricing for the lifetime of their subscription

The Company reserves the right to:

• Set or modify future pricing

• Change available plans, features, or tiers

4. Refund Policy

Founder Client spots are:

• Fully refundable prior to product launch, upon request

To request a refund, contact us using the information provided below.

After MeSquared is released and access is granted:

• Refunds may be limited or denied unless required by law

We reserve the right to:

• Issue refunds to resolve disputes

• Deny refund requests in cases of abuse

5. Eligibility

To use MeSquared or become a Founder Client, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or your business

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account (when applicable)

6. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of MeSquared is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you agree that:

• We may collect information including your name, email, business details, and survey responses

• We may use this information to:

  • Improve the product

  • Analyze user behavior

  • Contact you regarding updates, access, and product changes

We may use third-party providers, including Stripe, to process payments.

7. AI and Automation Disclaimer

MeSquared uses artificial intelligence and automated workflows.

You acknowledge:

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading

• Automated actions may produce unintended results

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing communications before sending

• Monitoring automated workflows

• Making final business decisions

We do not guarantee:

• Increased revenue

• Higher close rates

• Accuracy of outputs

• Any specific business outcomes

8. Third-Party Integrations

MeSquared may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., email providers, CRMs).

You acknowledge:

• You are responsible for complying with third-party terms and policies

• We are not responsible for:

  • outages

  • API changes

  • account suspensions

  • third-party enforcement actions

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use MeSquared to:

• Violate any law or regulation

• Send spam, phishing, or deceptive communications

• Engage in fraud, abuse, or harassment

• Circumvent system protections or security measures

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. Intellectual Property

• M2 AI, LLC retains all rights to MeSquared, including software, branding, and systems

• You retain ownership of your data and content

You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to operate and improve the service.

11. Disclaimers

MeSquared is provided:

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• merchantability

• fitness for a particular purpose

• non-infringement

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted access

• error-free operation

• accuracy of outputs

• specific results or performance

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for:

  • lost profits

  • lost revenue

  • lost data

  • indirect or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to:

  the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify M2 AI, LLC against any claims arising from:

• your use of MeSquared

• your data or communications

• your violation of laws or third-party rights

14. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes must first go through a 30-day informal resolution period

If unresolved:

• Disputes will be settled through binding arbitration

• Governed by AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules

• Location: Houston, Texas

You agree to:

• waive class actions

• resolve disputes individually

Either party may seek court relief for:

• intellectual property violations

• confidentiality breaches

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• violations of these Terms

• legal requirements

• security concerns

You may stop using the service at any time.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:

• internet outages

• natural disasters

• labor disputes

• government actions

• third-party failures

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

• Updates will be posted with a revised date

• Continued use constitutes acceptance
